Apology

In a previous post , I said that Cassie needs to grow back her hair and that she receives thumbs down in the diva manual. I do apoligize for that comment because after seeing these high fashion pictures from her photoshoot for Dime Piece Designs, she gains my respect. Now I have always been a fan of "Rockstar de la Diva" and this is the perfect example of edginess being used with a touch of high fashion. I will keep you all posted on where you can purchase looks such as these. Cute stuff Cassie ♥

It's something about the tattoos and haircuts that bring forth a certain edginess that I really appreciate. They are definitely not trying to be like any other artists in the industry. They were the first to add a taste of rockstar glam to their looks, way before Rihanna & Cassie ever did. But they never got the correct appreciation for their styles or looks. The twins, Natalie & Nicole, are a fan of vintage pieces - lots of floral and prints. These two stay away from boring and dull clothing and aren't afraid of being BOLD. They do their best to let their personality show through their sense of style. Their effortless style doesn't go unnoticed and they are definitely dope divas !

How can you achieve a similar look?
Go thrift/vintage shopping with a friend and try on some looks that are far from modern. It's all about stepping outside the norm of fashion and going beyond what we see everyday. The good thing about thrift shopping is that it's highly unlikely that you'll see someone in the same outfit as you !

*Raises hand in the air* I gotta question... How long will it take before Cassie's hair grows back? In her latest photoshoot, Cassie was seen with her hair pulled back into a bun with a hump at the front. Clearly, she is seen as trying to revamp her half-shaved head by trying new looks. This one gets a thumbs down in the diva manual.
